    A Voucher code will be generated.

  • Text Message Will Be Sent To Recipient

    The message will be created by using the information in your order details, including your personalized message.

  • Recipient Redeems Voucher By Following Link in Message

    The voucher code will work when meals are ordered. Meals can be delivered or picked up.

When You Send A Voucher For Goods or Services

The recipient of the Care Package you send will receive a message to redeem their voucher.

Shipping Policy

How long will these items take to arrive at this organization?  Orders are made in bulk, so goods will be shipped on a bi-weekly basis to this organization.  

Why do I need to go through Sprout Network?  We have established a supply chain specifically for non profit organizations to provide a platform for donors that would rather donate in-kind goods.  We source goods from wholesale and bulk to keep the prices as low as possible, with a goal to deliver more impact per donated dollar.

Am I eligible for a tax reciept?  We are currently working out the details and process for this capability.  Eventually, after a good is purchased and delivered to the organization, you will receive a tax reciept for the donation of the in-kind goods.
